Information technology provides many conveniences and is able to improve the quality of service in a
company. The ease and sophistication of the use of information technology in the field of banking
services such as: Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), e-banking, and m-banking attract consumers to
change lifestyles that were previously conventional to digital. But not all the use of information
technology in a company has a positive impact. So for this reason this research aims to determine the
impact generated by investing information technology in the form of the BRISat Satellite in PT Bank
Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) tbk. The method used is the profitability analysis method, this method uses
the calculation of the company's ability to obtain profits.
