EVALUASI TATA KELOLA QUICKBOOKS SOFTWARE PADA CV. SENI ECHO MENGGUNAKAN COBIT 5

CV. Seni Echo is a private company engaged in the production and trade of handicrafts for local
and international markets. This company has implemented an accounting information system,
namely the desktop-based Quickbooks Accounting System, but an audit has never been
conducted to determine the maturity level of IT governance in the company. An IT governance
audit is needed so that recommendations can be made to improve good IT governance, so that
the implementation of information systems can result in alignment of business goals and
strategies, and can improve, develop business and optimize business process costs. This paper
only focuses on the EDM04, APO07, DSS06, and MEA01 domains. From the audit results, CV
Seni Echo obtained the current maturity level with an average of 1.75 which is at level 2
(Managed) and the expected maturity level is level 3 (Established) so that it has an average gap
(GAP) of 1, 25.
