ANALISIS DAMPAK INVESTASI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI MOBILE BANKING JENIUS PADA PT. BANK TABUNGAN PENSIUNAN NASIONAL (BTPN) TBK

Competition that occurs in the banking world is how to provide products that are easy and
instant. This encourages healthy competition among companies. Banks also aim to facilitate more
services to customers such as: e-banking, m-banking and Automated Teller Machines (ATM). But
not all technologies used in companies has a positive impact. Therefore, this study aims to determine
the impact generated by investing in Jenius digital banking information technology at PT. Bank
Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk. The method used in this study is the Cost Benefit Analys (CBA)
method using secondary data sources in the form of annual financial reports and other documents
such as news, historical records, and other supporting books. The Cost Benefit Analys (CBA) method
used produces the impact and feasibility of implementing information technology investments
