Evaluasi Tata Kelola Sistem Informasi Akademik Menggunakan Kerangka Kerja COBIT 2019 (Studi Kasus: Universitas Primakara)

Governance in a higher education institution is crucialto implement because it is a practical guidethat accommodates the communication process between divisions, utilization of assets and resources, internal control, ensuring the quality of workprocesses, work assessment, risk optimization, monitoring, and evaluation. This research related to governance aims to calculate the level of maturity of the internal management governance of the relevant division by involving the object of the use of the SEVIMA siAkad Cloud information system at Primakara University by analyzing problems and evaluating governance. This research applies the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology(COBIT) 2019standard as a framework for implementing governance including technology management and processing, SWOT, and EFAS IFAS.This research produces maturity level values, SWOT analysis results, EFAS IFAS, and future recommendations for optimizing information systemsat Primakara University.
